私たちは、創業以来いくつものステップを一歩ずつ踏みしめながら、コーヒーのおもしろさ、そしておいしいコーヒーが人をつなげていく楽しさを伝えてきました。困難に直面することもありますが、挑戦を繰り返す中でリロを愛してくださる多くの方々に出会い、人生を楽しく変えるコーヒーのパワーを実感すると共に、たくさんの気づきを得られました。LiLo Coffee Roastersではお客様の「好き」を発掘しコーヒーの可能性に気づく場として、これまでに数えきれないほどの方々と交流を重ねてきました。リロ珈琲喫茶では、より深く一杯の珈琲に向き合える環境を徹底的に作り込み、「飲み物」を超えた文化的な嗜好品としての価値を感じる体験をご提供しています。LiLo Coffee Factoryでは全てのコーヒー体験の基盤となる焙煎のクオリティを追求し、現在もリロコーヒーのポテンシャルを向上させ続けています。
「おいしい」のすぐそばには、「楽しい」があります。人はおいしいものを口にすると自然に笑みがこぼれ、その喜びを隣の人と共有せずにはいられません。楽しい気持ちは人を介して伝染し、次の「おいしい！」につながっていきます。このようにして、一杯のコーヒーは、人生におけるいい循環のきっかけとなる可能性を秘めています。
私たちには、実現したい未来があります。そのひとつが【スペシャルティコーヒーの民主化】です。みなさんの力で、おいしいコーヒーの輪は少しずつ大きくなってきました。しかしもっと多くの人の人生に、コーヒーでワクワクを届けたい。私たちは、スペシャルティコーヒーに出会う入り口を増やすこと、つまりコーヒーが作る「楽しさの種類」を増やすことに挑戦しています。日本の伝統をコーヒーで伝えてみたり、大阪の名物や文化とコーヒーをつなげたり、アパレルメーカーと一緒にファッションとコーヒーを掛け合わせたり、百貨店とのコラボでコーヒー&サウナ好きのグッズを作ったり、ラグジュアリーホテルと「旅するコーヒー」企画を立ち上げたり、大阪・関西万博でコーヒーを提供したり、無印良品でコーヒーの展示をしたり、テレビ局と一緒にオリジナルブレンドを作ったり…私たちは、一見コーヒーと重なりがなさそうなことにも、とにかくつなげてみます。おもしろくなるまで続けて楽しさを作り込んでいくからこそ「えっ！こんな意外なところでこんなにおいしいコーヒーと出会うとは！？」とおどろく機会を作ることができるのです。基盤としてのおいしいコーヒーは常に進化させながら、最初の一口をどこまで遠い人に届けられるか。このチャレンジが身を結ぶと、スペシャルティコーヒーはこれまでにない拡がり方をするはずです。
コーヒーで伝えられる楽しさ、コーヒーからつながる楽しさは、もっともっとあります。私たちは、柔らかな発想と持ち前の行動力で、日常をおもしろくデザインしていきます。私たちと一緒にコーヒーのある人生を楽しみましょう！
Since our founding, we’ve taken each step forward with care—sharing the wonder of coffee and the joy it brings when it connects people. While challenges have come our way, they’ve also led us to encounters with many who love LiLo. Through those experiences, we’ve felt firsthand the power of coffee to brighten lives and have gained countless insights along the way.
At LiLo Coffee Roasters, we’ve met thousands of people while helping them discover their personal “favorites” and the boundless possibilities within coffee.
At LiLo Coffee Kissa, we’ve created a carefully curated space where guests can reflect deeply on a single cup—experiencing coffee not just as a drink, but as a cultural indulgence.
At LiLo Coffee Factory, we continue to push the boundaries of roast quality, laying the foundation for every meaningful coffee experience we offer.
Right beside every delicious moment, there’s always joy. When we taste something truly delicious, a smile naturally appears—and that joy is something we can’t help but share with others. Joy is contagious. And it leads to the next delicious moment. In this way, one cup of coffee holds the power to set a beautiful cycle in motion.
We have a vision for the future. One part of that vision is the democratization of specialty coffee.
Thanks to everyone’s support, the circle of delicious coffee has already begun to grow. But we want to go further. We want to deliver coffee-driven joy to even more people. That’s why we’re taking on the challenge of creating more entry points—more ways for people to experience what coffee can be.
We’ve shared Japanese tradition through coffee. We’ve connected coffee with Osaka’s local culture. We’ve teamed up with apparel brands to blend fashion and coffee. We’ve created coffee-and-sauna-themed goods in collaboration with department stores. We’ve launched “Traveling Coffee” projects with luxury hotels, served coffee at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, hosted exhibitions at MUJI, and even co-developed original blends with TV stations. We connect coffee with anything and everything—even things that might seem unrelated at first. Because we keep creating and refining until it becomes fun, we’re able to create moments where people say, “Wait—how did I end up drinking such amazing coffee here of all places!?” As we continue evolving the foundation of great coffee, we’re also asking: how far can we reach with that very first sip? If this challenge bears fruit, specialty coffee will spread in ways we’ve never seen before.
