Step1

Boil Water in Flask:
Bring water inside the flask to a vigorous boil, creating large bubbles.

Step2

Insert the Siphon Tube:
Insert the siphon tube into the flask, allowing all the water to rise into the tube. (Reverse Entry Method)

Step3

First Agitation:
Start the timer and add coffee grounds to the water.
Stir the mixture by agitating it 20 times over 10 seconds.

Note: Ensure to eliminate any air trapped in the coffee grounds. If bubbles persist after 20 stirs, continue stirring until a frothy consistency is achieved.

Step4

Wait for 20 Seconds:
Allow the coffee to steep for 20 seconds.

Step5

Second Agitation:
After 30 seconds from adding the coffee, turn off the heat source and stir the mixture 10 times.

Note: This stirring helps create a flow, allowing the water to descend.

 Remove the Siphon Tube:

Once all the water has returned to the flask and the bubbling has ceased, tilt the siphon tube and detach it from the flask.

Step7

(0’40-1’00)  Pour the hot water up to 200g.

Pour in 150g of water gently for 20 seconds with a dollar size of circular motion.

Step8

(1’10-1’30) Pour the hot water up to 330g.

Wait 10 seconds, then repeat the same thing.

Pour 130g in for 20 seconds.

Step9

(1’40-2’00) Pour the hot water up to 460g.

Stay 10 seconds, pour 130g of water for 20 seconds again.

Step10

(2’00-2’30)

Remove the dripper when the coffee drip stops.

Step11

In the end, serve the coffee into the preheated cup.

Enjoy your flavourful cup of coffee!!
