リロコーヒーの目的は、スペシャルティコーヒーの素晴らしさを伝えることだけではありません。私たちは、その先の「コーヒーでいかに人の人生を楽しくおもしろくすることができるか」をいつも考えています。だからこそ、楽しさの種である「うわっ！これおいしい！」という感動を巻き起こす、コーヒーのクオリティに何よりもこだわっています。生豆から一杯のコーヒーになるまでのすべてで厳しい基準を設け、おいしくなるようひとつひとつの選択肢を選んでいるのです。その上で、常に自問自答を繰り返しています。私たちのコーヒーは一方通行のおいしさになっていないだろうか？陰で誰かが残念な思いをしていないだろうか？楽しみ方の幅が広く、気分や好みによって自由な関わり方を選べるようになっているだろうか？人種・宗教・理念…さまざまな背景を持った人が参加できて、一緒に楽しめるだろうか？

At LiLo Coffee, our purpose isn’t just to showcase how great specialty coffee is. What we truly care about is what lies beyond that: how coffee can make someone’s life more joyful, more interesting. That’s the question we’re always asking ourselves. This is exactly why we care so deeply about coffee quality—the spark that ignites that joyful reaction of “Wow, this is delicious!” From green bean to final cup, we apply strict standards and carefully choose what will make the coffee taste better at every step. But it doesn’t end there. We constantly reflect:
Is our coffee a one-way experience of enjoyment? Is someone being left behind in the process? Are we offering a wide enough range of ways to enjoy coffee—ways that allow each person to engage freely based on their mood or preference? Can people of all races, religions, and beliefs participate and enjoy coffee together?
“Enjoyment,” “diversity,” and “connection”—these are the three values we’ve cherished since the very beginning of LiLo Coffee. We continue to take on new challenges, hoping to unlock the positive power of specialty coffee and share a little more excitement with the world.
