コーヒーを仕事にしていると、
これをごっちゃにしてしまうシーンを
よくよく見かけるけれども
キチンと理解して意識していれば
整理はつきやすい。
だから、よく僕はバリスタと味の確認をする時は
良し悪しを聞くのと好みを聞くのと
事前に分けてから聞くようにしている。
良いコーヒーが好きという人が
もっともっと増えたら楽しいなと思っています。
