なんだったっけ。

So, what does it mean to be a LiLo ambassador?
こんにちは。LiLo Ambassador Roomの管理人、ルダイです。
実はぼく、今週 結婚式を挙げました。
いろんなことがあったその一日を通して、「あ、LiLoアンバサダーってこういうことだったんだな」って改めて気づきました。
今日はその話に、少しだけお付き合いください！
Hello, I’m Rudai, your host here in the LiLo Ambassador Room. I actually got married this week. So much happened that day, and somewhere in the middle of it all, it hit me: “Oh, so this is what being a LiLo ambassador is all about.” Stay with me for a few minutes while I tell you about it!
乾杯の挨拶をしてくださったのは、
もちろんLiLoの社長、堀田さん。
堀田さんは、ぼくの仕事と、LiLoで働くようになるまでの思い出を話してくれました。
Of course, our president, Hotta-san, gave the toast. He talked about my work, and shared memories from before I joined LiLo.

ただ、「おいしい！」を
分かち合いたかったあの頃。

Back when I just wanted to share how good it was.
堀田さんの話を聞きながら、ぼくは昔のことを思い出していました。
Ambassador Roomの第1話でも書いたように、ぼくはもともと、LiLo Coffee Roastersに通う一人のお客さんでした。
2016年当時、初めて飲んだLiLoのコーヒーに衝撃を受けて、気づけば周りの人たちにすすめまくっていました。
Listening to Hotta-san, I thought back to the days before I worked here. As I wrote in the first Ambassador Room story, I was just a customer who kept coming back to LiLo Coffee Roasters. Back in 2016, my first cup of LiLo coffee blew me away, and before I knew it, I was recommending it to everyone around me.

ほんとにおいしいから、一回飲んでみて！

そう言って、いろんな友だちをLiLoへ連れて行っていました。
With those exact words, I dragged all kinds of friends to LiLo.
スマホを見返してみると、カメラフォルダには、これまで飲んできたLiLoのコーヒーたちが並んでいます。
Scrolling back through my phone, I found my camera roll lined with all the LiLo coffees I’ve had over the years.
お客さんだった頃に、LiLoで飲んできたコーヒーたち。Coffees I drank at LiLo back when I was a customer.
家でも何度もLiLoのコーヒーを。
家族や、お世話になった人に淹れていました。At home, too, I brewed LiLo coffee again and again for my family and the people who had been kind to me.
ぼくは10年前から
「LiLo おいしい！LiLo 楽しい！」と熱くなっていましたが、当時はLiLoで働いていたわけではありません。
ただ、コーヒーのおいしさに感動して
I’ve been fired up about LiLo for ten years now—“LiLo is so good! LiLo is so fun!”—but back then, I didn’t work there. I was simply moved by how good the coffee was.

これ、すごくない！？“Isn’t this amazing?!”
と、とにかく周りの人にも自分と同じ楽しさを感じてほしかったんです。
自分が感動したものを仲間にもシェアしたくなる気持ちって、きっとみなさんにもありますよね。
I just wanted the people around me to feel the same joy I did. I bet you know the feeling, too—wanting to share something that moved you with the people close to you.

式でも、同じことをしていた。
I found myself doing the same thing at my wedding.
結婚式では、ゲストのみなさんに "カラフルブレンド" を振る舞いました。
コーヒーが好きな人も、苦手な人もいる会場。だからこそLiLoのおいしいコーヒーを飲んでもらいたかった。
We served Colorful Blend to our guests. Some loved coffee; others weren’t so sure about it. That made me want them to taste a really good cup from LiLo all the more.
普段はコーヒーが飲めないという人にも、
とっても好評でした！A bright, fruity cup. Even guests who don’t usually drink coffee loved it!
さらに帰ってからもおいしいコーヒーを楽しんでもらいたくて、ドリップバッグをゲストへのお土産に。
コーヒー尽くしですね。
On top of that, we gave our guests drip bags to take home, so they could enjoy another good cup later. Coffee all the way!

渡したコーヒーの、その先。
What happened after the coffee went home with them.
結婚式のあと、何人かの友人にLINEをしました。
ゆっくりと感想を聞かせてもらおうと思っていたら……
After the wedding, I messaged a few friends on LINE. I figured I’d hear what they thought sometime later, but…

え、もう飲んでくれたんだ！Wait—they already drank it!
思っていたよりずっと早く、家で淹れてくれていたことが、なんだかすごく嬉しかったんです。
It made me so happy that they’d brewed it at home so much sooner than I expected.
それぞれの暮らしの中で楽しまれていました。
嬉しすぎます！Each cup found its way into someone’s everyday life. I couldn’t be happier!
誰かに見せるためではなく、
家で淹れて、飲んで、
純粋に「おいしい」と思ってくれていた。
派手に広がったわけではありません。
一人ひとりの日常の中で、小さく、
ちゃんとコーヒーが楽しまれていました。
その静かで確かな広がり方が、
ぼくにはとても嬉しく感じられました。
Not to show anyone—they just brewed it at home, took a sip, and thought, “This is good.” It wasn’t a big, flashy wave. In each person’s everyday life, coffee was being enjoyed in a small but real way. That quiet, steady kind of spreading made me so happy.

So in the end, what does it mean to be a LiLo ambassador?
このRoomの第1話で、ぼくはこう書きました。
「LiLoを好きでいてくれるみなさんに、もっとLiLoを好きになってもらいたい。」
そのために、文章を書いたり、ラジオを収録したり、動画をつくったり。
どうすればLiLoの内側にある楽しさまで届けられるだろうと、いろいろな伝え方を試してきました。
でも今回、結婚式を通して、もっと手前にある大切なことを思い出しました。
In the first story in this Room, I wrote: “I want everyone who already loves LiLo to love it even more.” So I’ve been writing, recording radio, and making videos—trying every way I can think of to share the fun that lives inside LiLo. But my wedding reminded me of something that comes before all of that.
おいしくて、驚いた。
嬉しくなった。
だから誰かにも飲んでほしくなった。It tasted amazing. It made me happy.

ぼくが「アンバサダー」という言葉に込めたかったのは、本当はこんなシンプルな心のうごきだったんだと思います。
I think what I really wanted the word “ambassador” to hold was that simple stirring of the heart.
ぼくが思うLiLoアンバサダーは、
「LiLoの代わりに宣伝する人」ではありません。
自分が「おいしい、楽しい」と感じたとき、その気持ちを、自分にいちばん近しい誰かと分け合ってくれること。
ただそれだけで十分です。
それこそがいいんです。
To me, a LiLo ambassador isn’t “someone who advertises LiLo for us.” It’s simply this: when something feels delicious or fun, you share that feeling with the person closest to you. That’s enough—in fact, that’s exactly what makes it great.
人から人へ。
温度と一緒に「楽しいコーヒー」を
一歩だけつなげてくれる。
それがLiLo アンバサダーだと思います✨
From one person to the next, you pass “fun coffee” along,
warmth and all, just one step further.
That’s what I think a LiLo ambassador is ✨
