One sip, and it will probably surprise you.

This is Colombia San Rafael “Watermelon.”
The name is not an exaggeration — this coffee truly fills your mouth with a juicy sweetness reminiscent of fresh watermelon.

The secret lies in the process.
This lot is fermented for around 100 hours together with a dedicated yeast and, remarkably, real watermelon.

The flavor moves from watermelon-like juiciness into a sweetness reminiscent of melon, then finishes with a soft aftertaste of mango and banana.
It is light, refreshing, and incredibly easy to drink, especially in the warmer season.

One little tip: the flavor opens up beautifully after more than two weeks from the roast date.
We know it is tempting to drink it right away, but try waiting just a little — and aim for its most delicious timing.

A cup that feels like a little summer reward.
