スーダンルメという品種は、見つけたら必ず購入候補にあがるほど好きな品種。

今までこの品種のコーヒーで、ハズレに当たったことがないです。

もちろん高級ということもあるのではありますが。自分の好みにマッチしているんでしょうね。

フレーバーこそ精製由来で色々と変化はあるのですが、特徴的なのはマウスフィールとアフターのニュアンス。

シルキーなマウスフィールとラクティックなアフターテイストは僕の好みにドンズバ。

この豆もまさにその余韻を味わえるコーヒーです。

年中飲みたいコーヒー。

Roaster’s Comment – Keita Nakamura, Head Roaster

Sudan Rume is one of my absolute favorite varieties—whenever I come across it, it always goes straight onto my shortlist. To this day, I’ve never had a disappointing cup of Sudan Rume.

Of course, it’s known as a premium variety, but beyond that, it simply matches my personal taste. While the flavors can vary depending on the processing, what consistently stands out for me are the mouthfeel and the aftertaste.

That silky mouthfeel and lactic nuance in the finish are exactly what I love most in coffee. And this lot delivers that same lingering elegance perfectly.

It’s the kind of coffee I could happily drink all year round. Please enjoy this cup, filled with the qualities I personally love the most.
