何層にも味が重なって、これまでの歩みそのものを感じられる。今年の周年ブレンドは、そんな想いでつくりました。

軸になるのは、毎年恒例の特別な豆であるゲイシャ種。今年はタンザニア、レオンさんのウォッシュトの明るい酸を主役に据えています。

そこにベリーのフレーバー、ショートケーキの香り、厚みのある甘さと、要素を惜しみなく重ねました。詰め込んでは整えて…を何度も繰り返して、最後はひとつの大きな味へまとめています。

飲むたびに、そして温度が変わるたびに表情が動くブレンドです。急がず、ゆっくりと、味の景色の移ろいそのものを楽しんでもらえたら嬉しいです。

Layers upon layers of flavor, carrying the feeling of everything we have built over the years.
That was the idea behind this year’s anniversary blend.

At the heart of the blend is Geisha, the special variety we feature every year for our anniversary.
This year, we placed the bright acidity of a washed Geisha from Leon in Tanzania at the center.

From there, we layered in berry-like flavors, the aroma of shortcake, and a deep, rounded sweetness.
We repeated the process again and again—adding elements, then refining them—until everything came together as one grand flavor.

This is a blend that keeps changing with every sip, and with every shift in temperature.
We hope you take your time with it, and enjoy the way the landscape of flavor slowly unfolds.
