昨年も同じことを思いましたが、冬から夏への移り変わりが年々早くなって、春があっという間に過ぎていく気がします。桜が咲いたと思ったら、もう葉桜になっている。

世界中から日本へ桜を見にくるほど、多くの人を魅了しているのに——そのあまりの短さが、どこか惜しくて。それが桜雲を作るきっかけでした。

コーヒーも、世界中の人が愛している。ならばコーヒーで桜を表現できたら、日本の春をもう少し長く楽しんでもらえるんじゃないか。そんな思いがこのブレンドには込められています。

桜色を感じさせるフレーバーの余韻をできる限り長く。華やかな風味の強度と、粘性のある飲み口、そしてクリーンな後味——そのバランスをていねいに整えました。たとえ桜が散っても、口の中に、頭の中に、心の中に、春満開の桜がまだ咲いている。そう感じてもらえるように。

I felt this last year as well, but it seems like the transition from winter to summer is getting faster each year—spring passes by in the blink of an eye.
Just when the cherry blossoms begin to bloom, they’re already turning into green leaves.

So many people travel to Japan from all over the world just to see the sakura, yet their fleeting beauty leaves a sense of longing.
That feeling is what inspired us to create Sakura-gumo.

Coffee, too, is loved by people around the world.
If we could express cherry blossoms through coffee, perhaps we could let people enjoy the feeling of spring in Japan just a little longer.
That idea is at the heart of this blend.

We focused on extending the lingering impression of sakura-like flavors as much as possible—
carefully balancing vibrant aromatics, a slightly viscous mouthfeel, and a clean finish.

Even after the blossoms have fallen,
we hope that in your mouth, in your mind, and in your heart,
the feeling of spring in full bloom will remain.
