エレアナのオレンジチェリーを買い続けてもう4年目になりますか。今年の出来が非常に良くて、サンプルの時よりも更に甘みと口当たりが良くなっていて素晴らしい。今回の収穫や精製がどうだったかはまだ直接聞けてないな。また聞いてみよう。

エレアナとももう4年の付き合いになるし、もっともっとこれからもワクワクするコーヒーを作りあっていきたい。もう来年のオレンジチェリーも予約済み。今年のものが手に届きすぐに来年のロットを買うというのは、とてもお互いに信頼がないと難しいことで、そんなコーヒーを届けてもらえることにとても感謝しています。

Has it already been four years since we started buying Heleanna’s Orange Cherry?
This year’s crop turned out exceptionally well — even sweeter and smoother than the sample we first tasted. Truly remarkable quality.

I haven’t had the chance to ask Heleanna directly yet about how this year’s harvest and processing went, but I’m looking forward to hearing all about it soon.
It’s already been four years since we began working together, and I’m excited to keep creating even more inspiring coffees with her in the years to come.

We’ve already reserved next year’s Orange Cherry.
Being able to commit to the next harvest before even receiving this year’s lot is something that only works when there’s deep mutual trust.
