新しい年の始まりの「音」

その音は人それぞれだけれど、やっぱり新しく何かが始まる時の音は、明るく楽しく元気でハッピーでとにかく笑顔が溢れかえる様な音がイイ。

そんなイメージで、新年のシーズナルブレンド作りに取りかかりました。

ライトローストで活き活きした酸があって、甘さも弾け、余韻もまぁるく。

飲んだ時に、可愛くて元気な印象が自然と心に浮かぶ様な味わいを目指しました。

新しい年って、何かと奇抜なことや、目新しいことをしたくなっちゃうんだけれど、一周まわってシンプルが一番だって戻ってきちゃうんですよね。でも、一周まわること自体がとっても大事なんです。

シンプルだけれど新しい、「ああーイイなー」って自然と気持ちが明るくなるブレンドコーヒーが完成しました。

The sound is different for each person, but the sound of the beginning of something new should be bright, cheerful, happy, and full of smiles.
With this image in mind, I set out to create a seasonal blend for the new year.

Light roasted, with a lively acidity, a burst of sweetness, and a mellow aftertaste.
I aimed for a taste that naturally brings a lovely and cheerful impression to your mind when you drink it.

In a new year, we tend to want to do something strange and novel, but we come back to the idea that simplicity is the best. But going around the circle itself is very important.
I have created a simple but new coffee blend that will naturally brighten your heart and make you say, "Ahhh, that's good!
