コスタリカのアナエロビックと言えば、僕たちコーヒーに携わる人間からすると、もう大御所の登場というか、まあほんとこの世界をつくってくれた国と言っても過言ではないイメージなんですよね。6年前ほど前、初めてアナエロビックのコーヒーを飲んだ時のことを思い出します。衝撃的でした。

Speaking of Costa Rica's Anaerobic, for those of us who are involved in the coffee industry, it is not too much to say that it is a country that has already become a major player in the world of coffee.

I remember the first time I tasted Anaerobic coffee about six years ago. It was shocking.

The flavor comes from the careful application of appropriate refining to good beans. It is also a made-to-order coffee, so it was one year ago that we ordered this coffee. This coffee has been made for us since then. We would like to share this coffee with as many people as possible.
