【2024/02/05】GUATEMALA Finca La Soledad Centroamericano H1 Fully Washed

ラ・ソレダ農園のコーヒーはリロコーヒーで使い始めて、今年で3年目になります。

例年はゲイシャ種のみを取り扱っていますが、今年はセントロアメリカーノ種も抜群です。(ゲイシャももちろんあるよ)

毎年、ポテンシャルの高さを感じる豆達ばかりでいつも感動しっぱなしです。

農園主であるエニオペレスさん達の丁寧なお仕事、農園のテロワール、輸送や保存・流通のスムーズさなど、関わる人達の誠実さがあってこそ、素晴らしい味わいのコーヒーが毎年できています。

焙煎する際にも、何年も継続して取り扱い続けてきたからこそ見えてきたこの農園ならではのローストポイントがあります。

そういうコーヒーをもっともっと増やしていきたいなと思える、未来に想いを馳せてしまう、そんなコーヒーです。

This is the third year we have started using coffee from La Soledad  at LiLo Coffee Roasters.

In past years, we have dealt only with Geisha varieties, but this year the Centroamericano variety is outstanding. (Of course we have Geisha, too.)


Every year, we are always impressed by the high potential of these beans.

The great tasting coffees are made every year thanks to the careful work of the plantation owner, Mr.Henio Perez and his team, the terroir of the farm, the smoothness of transportation, storage, and distribution, and the sincerity of the people involved.

When roasting, there are roasting points that are unique to this farm that have become apparent only through years of continuous handling.

It is the kind of coffee that makes you want to increase the number of such coffees, and makes you think about the future.
