TYPICA GUIDE は、スペシャルティコーヒーのインポーター「TYPICA」が主催する、美味しいコーヒーを焙煎するロースターと出会うためのガイドです。
LiLo Coffee Roastersは、2年連続で関西No.1のロースターに選出されました。

LiLo Coffee Roastersは、2年連続で関西エリアの代表として選出され、東京で開催されたFinal Roundに出場。焙煎士の中村圭太がプレゼンテーションを行いました。

LiLo Coffee Roasters was selected as the representative for the Kansai area for the second consecutive year and participated in the Final Round held in Tokyo. The roaster, Keita Nakamura, gave a presentation.

プレゼンテーションでは、エチオピア モプラコ社 オレンジチェリーを抽出し、提供しました。

「物事を短期的ではなく、長期的に捉えていること」

「常識を疑い、オープンマインドであること」

モプラコ社の社長であるエレアナさんとは普段から密にコミュニケーションをとっています。

彼女の姿勢は私たちの哲学と重なる部分が多く、LiLo Coffee Roastersのメッセージを伝えるために、エレアナさんのコーヒーが最もふさわしいものでした。

In the presentation, coffee from the Moplaco Company's Orange Cherry was brewed using an American Press and offered.

The philosophy of "viewing things in the long term, not just the short term" and "questioning common sense and being open-minded" aligns closely with ours.

Eleanna, the president of Moplaco, embodies these values, making her coffee the perfect choice to convey the message of LiLo Coffee Roasters.
