For new subscription customers, please create a My Page account to access the dedicated subscription management dashboard. If you do not have an account, you can create one via the "My Page" link in the website header. Please ensure you are logged in before starting your subscription.

You can access the management dashboard through "Manage Subscriptions" in your My Page account.

【Shipping Schedule】

When placing your first order, you will select your preferred payment method.

The seasonal blend for the month will be shipped within 3 business days of completing your order.

For subsequent orders, a new order will be automatically created on a monthly basis, aligned with the date of your initial purchase, and payments will be processed automatically through your selected payment method.

If you wish to change your payment method, you can do so via your My Page account.

Example:

If your first purchase is on January 7,

Your February order will be automatically created on February 7.

Your March order will be automatically created on March 7.

※ If you start this subscription during the early access period from December 22 to 31, 2025, your second order (the February Seasonal Blend) will be created on February 1, 2026.
