今回のブレンドの肝は、エチオピアナチュラルの浅煎りを2種類配合している点に尽きる。それぞれ同じベクトルながらも、個性の異なる2種を絶妙なバランスで配合することで、ピンクの花を連想させつつも、奥行きもたっぷりと感じられる複雑性を備え、ウガンダを少し交えることで、その奥に更に複雑性を持たせて飽きない様な味を目指しています。
