毎年この季節のこのブレンドは、最もつくるのに時間がかかる。超絶人気商品だからだ。

いかにも桜の季節に桜のモチーフで、桜桜桜推しのイメージが焼きついていて、ハードルがぶち上がっていく。今回もたっぷり時間がかかった。なんせ毎年アップデートしていく必要があるからね。

今回のブレンドの肝は、エチオピアナチュラルの浅煎りを2種類配合している点に尽きる。それぞれ同じベクトルながらも、個性の異なる2種を絶妙なバランスで配合することで、ピンクの花を連想させつつも、奥行きもたっぷりと感じられる複雑性を備え、ウガンダを少し交えることで、その奥に更に複雑性を持たせて飽きない様な味を目指しています。

シンプルだけれど毎年飲みたくなる。観たことは何度もあるんだけれど、やっぱりこの季節になるとコレが欲しくなる。風物詩の様だけれど、実は毎回気付かない所で少し変化をみせていることで飽きが来ないという仕掛けを盛り込んでいます。
