ずばり「味の素晴らしさ」に感動し、リロでの取り扱いを決めた豆です。

インポーターのワタルさんはコスタリカに常時駐在員がおり、生産地との深いつながりを持っておられます。ワタルさんを介して購入したこの豆は、ザ・ゲイシャと言える豪華な香りが楽しめます。というのもこのお豆は、同じ名前で複数種類がある中でも最も価値が高いとされる、パナマ由来のゲイシャ種です。

タイトルにある「Puete Tarrazu」とは、マイクロミルの名前。

コスタリカならではのホワイトハニーという生産処理（メカニカルウォッシュトと同義）を経て、クリーンなカップに仕上がっています。

この透明感と独自の華やかなフレーバーを引き立てるために、短時間で浅めに焙煎を施しています。

We were simply moved by the beauty of its flavor, and that moment of impact is what led us to feature this coffee at LiLo.

The importer, Wataru, has permanent staff based in Costa Rica and maintains deep, long-standing relationships with producers at origin.
Through Wataru, we were able to source this coffee, which offers a truly luxurious aroma that can only be described as “the Geisha.”
Among the many coffees sold under the Geisha name, this lot comes from the Panama-origin Geisha variety, widely regarded as the most valuable and expressive lineage.

The name “Puente Tarrazú” in the title refers to the micro mill where this coffee was processed.

Using Costa Rica’s distinctive White Honey process (also known as mechanical washed), the coffee is finished with exceptional clarity and cleanliness in the cup.

To highlight its transparency and uniquely elegant floral character, we chose a light roast with a short development time, allowing the Geisha’s natural brilliance to shine through.
