Nice gentle sweetness with bitterness makes me feel like eating caramelized cashew nuts.

This time, we have built our micro-mill in Myanmar and are growing the coffee as a co-producer with a local farmer. So I have a special emotion about this coffee.

This coffee which I have tasted in Myanmar has unique terroir. When it is roasted well, the sweetness of the beans, like candy cane, can be fully expressed.


Cupping comment

①Baked apple aroma and cashew nut aroma.

A sweetness similar to that of golden candy.

 A lingering aftertaste of dark chocolate.
