◉ Alfred Diaz

Alfred Diaz was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the United States as a child.

He returned to the Dominican Republic and ten years later moved to Jarabacoa in central Dominica.

He was attracted to the beauty of coffee growing there and purchased the farm in 1989, where he has devoted himself to the production of coffee and has worked to improve the cultivation methods.

His dedication has borne fruit, and in 2007, the coffee was awarded second place in a coffee competition sponsored by the Dominican Coffee Association (CODOCAFE).

The coffee is made by the winy natural (careful natural process), which is rare in Dominica, where washed process is usual.

Enjoy Dominican coffee that shows different charms depending on whether it is light-roasted or dark-roasted.
