【HOW TO BREW】
Equipment:
・1 pack of PANAMA Esmeralda Geisha drip bag
・150g of 100 ℃ hot water
・Scale
・A cup made for this drip bag

Prepare a cup specifically for this coffee or a cup of about 6.5 oz.

Pour 20g of hot water and start the timer.Wait for 30 seconds.

Pour hot water up to 150g.Keep pouring at a speed fast enough not to spill.

The water level when 150 g has been poured is about the level shown in the picture.Can you see the coffee soaking in the hot water?

Wait until the timer reaches 2 min 30 sec.When the time is up, lift both ends of the drip bag and gently pull outwards.
After 10 seconds of gentle squeezing, remove the drip bag.
