【HOW TO BREW】

Equipment:

・1 pack of PANAMA Esmeralda Geisha drip bag

・150g of 100 ℃ hot water 

・Scale

・A cup made for this drip bag

 

step 1

Prepare a cup specifically for this coffee or a cup of about 6.5 oz.

Tap the top of the drip bag body to collect the coffee powder below, then carefully cut along the arrow.

Open the left and right hooks and fold the upper part inward.

 

 

step 4

Place on the cup and fix it firmly.

0’00”-0’30”

Pour 20g of hot water and start the timer. 
Wait for 30 seconds.

0’30”-2’00”

Pour hot water up to 150g.
Keep pouring at a speed fast enough not to spill.

The water level when 150 g has been poured is about the level shown in the picture.
Can you see the coffee soaking in the hot water?

Wait until the timer reaches 2 min 30 sec.
When the time is up, lift both ends of the drip bag and gently pull outwards.
After 10 seconds of gentle squeezing, remove the drip bag.
