12月と言えば、
ですぐに連想される様な味わいとは、
今年は少し違うニュアンスで、
12月の年の瀬感を表現したかった。
大体12月の色の印象って、
赤、緑、ちょっと黄色(金色)などの
暖色で明るい系が相場だと思うんだけれど、
色の印象では真逆を表現しつつ、
でもパーティ感もしっかり感じられる様な
味づくりを目指してつくったブレンドです。

When we think of colors associated with December, we often imagine warm tones like red, green, and a touch of yellow (gold). However, for this blend, I wanted to go in the opposite direction and express the cold color spectrum with shades of purple and blue.
I crafted this blend to embody a cold color palette, while still evoking a sense of celebration and party vibes. The goal was to create a flavor that embraces the cool tones of December while maintaining a festive and lively character.
