La Loma is a farm owned by Mr. Rodrigo, who also owns Monteblanco farm. Since 2015, all research and experiments on coffee processing methods have been conducted at La Loma.

The coffee from La Loma embodies Mr. Rodrigo's curiosity and passion for exploring the potential of production processes to their fullest extent.

The farm is equipped with facilities for specialty processing, including a refrigerated room set between 10-14°C for low-temperature fermentation and tanks for regular anaerobic fermentation. Additionally, it has specialized tanks dedicated to the fermentation process for natural processing.

"Infused × Barrel Aged"

In the coffee fermentation process, grains such as wheat, sorghum, and corn are combined with a small amount of whiskey. This mixture is then inoculated with a unique blend of ten types of microorganisms to promote anaerobic fermentation over 200 hours. Following this, the coffee is aged for 30 days in oak whiskey barrels. The result is a unique flavor from the grains, combined with the woody aroma of the barrels, creating a rich sweetness in the mouth.

The first sip is guaranteed to make you exclaim, "Wow!"

It offers a smooth drinking experience with a matured sweetness.
