カルモ・デ・ミナス市のマンティケイラ・デ・ミナス山脈の恵まれた地域に位置するこの農園は優れた気候風土とポストハーベスト(収穫後処理)の習慣を融合させることにより、卓越したコーヒーを生産する条件を作り出しているRony 氏は両親の豊富な経験に支えられながら、農園を経営しており、彼の目標は、時代の流れに合わせて、世界中で認められる高品質なコーヒーの生産と商品化を継続的に改善し続けることです。

Nossa Senhora Aparecida Farm, which has been family-operated for over 60 years and is currently managed by the fourth-generation, Rony, won first place with a score of 92.22 at the 2013 Cup Of Excellence.

Located in the privileged region of the Mantiqueira de Minas mountains in Carmo de Minas city, the farm benefits from an excellent climate and a tradition of post-harvest processing that together create the perfect conditions for producing outstanding coffee. Supported by his parents' extensive experience, Rony’s goal is to continually improve the production and commercialization of high-quality coffee that meets the demands of the global market.

COCARIVE(コカ リベ)はブラジルのマンチケイラにある農協 の一つです。「マンチケイラ」とは先住⺠の言葉で、直訳すると「涙の山」と言い、水源が豊富で渓谷のある地形を意味しています 。

COCARIVE SPECIALTY COFFEE COMPETITION は、生産者へより良い 、より適正な評価・フィードバックをするべく、厳選された20 ロットを評価し、上位10 ロットをオークションにします。今年はNatural、Pulped Natural、有機JASの3カテゴリーに分けて評価しました。

COCARIVE is one of the cooperatives located in Mantiqueira, Brazil. "Mantiqueira" in the indigenous language translates to "mountain of tears," indicating a landscape rich in water sources and valleys.

The COCARIVE Specialty Coffee Competition aims to provide better and more accurate evaluations and feedback to producers. It assesses 20 selected lots and auctions the top 10. This year, the competition categorized the lots into three types: Natural, Pulped Natural, and Organic JAS, for evaluation.
