Dear customers, A problem has occurred that the order confirmation e-mails may not be delivered.

The problem seems to occur mainly with the following address domains, due to the improved mail filter function.@ezweb.ne.jp, @docomo.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp, @hotmail.co.jp, and @icloud.com addresses, and 

 

We have also received reports that some of the emails were in the spam folder, so please check your spam and promotions folders.

 

We ask that you register with Gmail to minimize the possibility of undelivered e-mails.

 

The following are possible reasons why you may not have received an email from us. 

- The email has been moved to your spam or promotions folder.

- Your security settings have been set to prevent you from receiving our e-mails as spam.

- You have set up your mail blocking settings (e.g., to receive emails from domain names).

 

If you do not receive the order confirmation e-mail that is automatically delivered after your order is completed, please contact us from the  "Enquiry / Inquiry form" page.
