どのコーヒーにおいてももちろん作り手はいるわけで、このコーヒーを手がけているカルロスも僕は大好きなエクスポーターの1人です。とにかく明るくカッコいいカルロスはLiLoに来てくれた時も、とても紳士的でスマートで素敵な人だという印象でした。
日本の真反対にある南米からわざわざ来てくださるなんて、スペシャルティーコーヒーをやっているからこその体験ですよね。
このコーヒーは、チェリーとストロベリーを漬け込んでつくっているのですが、とにかくたっぷりとストロベリーを使っていて、果肉の甘みも感じられるかのような印象。
また通常のコーヒーとは異なる種類のコーヒーではありますが、こういったものもコーヒーだよと幅広く伝えていく為にもぜひ一度お試しくださいませ。

And behind every coffee, there’s a maker. For this one, it’s Carlos—one of my favorite exporters.
Carlos is warm, charming, and incredibly stylish. When he visited us at LiLo from the far side of the world—South America—he left a strong impression: a true gentleman. Encounters like this are what make specialty coffee so exciting.
This particular lot is infused with cherry and strawberry, with an especially generous amount of strawberry. The result is a cup full of juicy sweetness, almost like you're tasting the real fruit.
