今年の出来も素晴らしく、丁寧に作られたゲイシャからはもうジャスミンやフローラルフレーバーがぷんぷんと香ります。
ホセさんはとっても明るい方で、ユニークなコーヒーもたくさん作っていますが、仕事に対してストイックで妥協を一切許さない姿勢。

Jose’s Rio Dulce Geisha.
It was a huge hit last year and gave a big boost to the popularity of Geisha at our café. We’re so happy to welcome it back.
This year’s lot is just as incredible. From the moment it’s brewed, the jasmine and floral aromas burst out of the cup—evidence of how carefully this coffee was cultivated.
Jose is a bright, cheerful person who creates many unique coffees. At the same time, he’s deeply committed to his craft, with an uncompromising attitude toward quality.
When you meet him, you can sense both his gentle personality and his inner strength—he’s one of the producers we deeply respect.
This very special coffee will be prepared with great care, served by siphon at LiLo Coffee Kissa.
