【2023/12/18】HONDURAS La Botijas Pacamara Washed

この豆は、すごく甘くてジューシーで、酸も明るくてイキイキしていて、素晴らしい味わい。

買い付けで初めて飲んだ時、すごく嬉しい気持ちになりました。

この豆を最初に提案してくれたのが、LiLo Coffee Roastersとリロ珈琲喫茶で、それぞれバリスタをしている、「イブキ」と「具」なんです。

何十種類もの豆を同時にカッピングして、色々2人で話し合って悩んで決めた豆。

もちろん、それだけで買えるワケではなく、その後、僕が改めてカッピングして、ラインナップやタイミングやストーリー、価格などを吟味して、そして会社で決定。という流れになるんだけれど、最初に見つけてきたのは、紛れもなくイブキと具。その2人が良いと思った豆をリリース出来て本当に嬉しいです。

もっともっと皆で良い豆を探していける様になればと願っています。

This bean is so sweet and juicy, and the acidity is bright and vibrant, with a wonderful flavor.
I was very happy when I drank it for the first time at the purchase.

The first person to suggest this bean to me was "ibuki" and "具", who are baristas at LiLo Coffee Roasters and LiLo Coffee Café, respectively.
We cupped dozens of beans at the same time, and after much discussion, we decided on the one that we both liked best.

Of course, I then cupped the beans again, and after examining the current lineup, timing, story, price, etc., we decided to purchase the beans at the company. The first two people who found the beans were, without a doubt, Ibuki and Gumi. I am really happy that we could release beans that these two thought were good.

I hope that we can all find more and more good beans together.
