【Cupping comment】

① Refreshing flavor and acid like peachy sparkling wine.

② Rich aroma and sweetness like lavender

③ Creamy mouthfeel and long-lasting sweetness.

It is characterized by a juicy sweetness like dark peach and a strong impact like sparkling wine.

The scent of lavender is also refreshing, and the aftertaste continues to be creamy and sweet.

There are two notable points about this bean.

One is the production process called Anaerobic Natural. The unique flavor of anaerobic fermentation is on the surface.

The other is a variety called H1.

An excellent artificial hybrid that has stable disease resistance and yield and is rich in flavor as a hybrid of Sarchmor and Sudanrume.

It is a relatively new variety and has advanced production processing. In all ways, it is an interesting bean.

【Recommended brewing method】
Espresso・V60・Aero press・American press・Cold brew

【from Barista】

Bright and elegant acidity doesn't disappear soon.

The scent also lasts long and make you feel so comfortable and pleased!

【from Roaster】

Like a lovely princess sitting in a field of flowers, if you gently get close to her, she will happily release a wonderful fragrance.
