Shipping schedule

Every month, the next month's payment is automatically debited through the specified card.


After payment is complete, we try to ship within 2 days of roasting.


You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your order, in the last week of every month.

Shipments arrive one month after ordering. Depending on the delivery status of each country within 1-2 business days for domestic delivery, the delivery period may vary from 3 to 10 days depending on the delivery status in each country.


Can I change to a different plan?

Can I change the delivery address?

Please contact lilo.coffee@gmail.com! It will be changed from the next month's delivery.


Can I temporarily cancel my subscription?

Yes! If you wish to suspend your subscription, please let us know at least 2 days before the payment date (details on the subscription page). You can also resume the plan at your preferred timing (please contact us when you resume).


Can I ship with other products along with my subscription coffee?

We are very sorry, but the shipping method and the route for the subscription coffee are different, so we cannot send them together. The coffee beans purchased at the online store will be shipped with the product.
